Absolutely amazing! Communication from the beginning all the way to the end. I knew when the crew was enroute and what there ETA was. When they arrived, they called to let me know they were there. Upon meeting they were all professional introducing themselves. We did a quick walk through and they immediately went to work. They protected all of my valuable items. Evolution moving was beyond amazing. The young men that moved us were courteous and so incredibly fast. I’ve done cross country moves and several relocations and I’ve never had movers like Evolution. We had Chase, Cedric and Billy and those guys were great. They caught any issues with our furniture that could damage our new floors! They even disassembled and reassembled the bed, helped take the TV down and managed the washer dryer connections. The company was reasonably priced and they moved us on a holiday. Great job! I highly recommend!

I paid for a 3 man crew and it was no joke. Those guys moved from a 3rd floor and over to my new place fast. Very fast. That saves money! Remember that when choosing a service. Nothing was missing or broke. Very good experience.
From start to finish this was a good moving experience. I submitted a request for a quote online and got a call back the same day. The employee that I interacted with, Tom, described the service in detail and was patient in answering questions that I had. Pricing was pretty straight forward. They were not the cheapest of the places that I called, but I'm some cases in life you get what you pay for. On moving day, all of the movers came to my front door and introduced themselves. They charge by the hour so my family had already packed anything that we could that was small. That left just large items and boxes for the movers to move. It all went very fast because of that. Despite getting paid by the hour these guys were not lazy. They were constantly working. Same story at the new house. The unloading went even faster. Might be helpful to put a paper sign on the room doors, so as they bring stuff in you can just say, "that goes in bedroom #3". Nothing was damaged in the move. No surprises when it came time to pay at the end of the move.

Soup to nuts a great experience. It was super easy to get a quote. They’re careful to explain how they charge and why they’re sending the air truck and team that they recommend. We locked in a moving date and paid a small deposit. Chase, Ryan, and Hayden were amazing!!! They were friendly and professional. They showed up and immediately got to work. They wrapped all of our furniture in moving pads and wrap and moved everything into our new home. They even reinstalled our washer, dryer, and fridge. We actually paid less than our initial estimate, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen before.
This was my first time using Evolution to move and it was a 10/10 experience. Lorenzo and Mike were super efficient and professional with both the loading & unloading and made my move from Dallas to College Station stress free. They were also willing to meet my dog before the move started which made her (and me) significantly less anxious throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this moving company. All of the movers were friendly, efficient and careful. They had good attitudes the whole time even though they were moving us into a 2 story home in July houston heat. Terry was great to schedule with and scheduled exactly what we needed to ensure a smooth process. And they were FAST!!!!! But careful. Hustling big time. Our load day was like 2.5 hours. I cannot remember all the movers name but our team was awesome. Stanley, Alex, Bryson and Chase I believe. 10/10 team. We moved from a house in Dallas to a house in Houston and the actual moving process with them was the least stressful part of our move! I’ve moved at least 6 times and this was by far the best moving company I’ve used. I paid for them to pack too which I highly recommend. Use this company!

The earlier the better! It’s a good idea to contact us at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your move if possible, though a lot of times we can work with less notice. The more lead time you provide us the more likely we will be able to reserve your most preferred date. Certain days like weekends and the last 10 days of the month fill very fast and we want to make sure you get the date you need. Other days like midweek or mid-month tend to be a bit more available on short notice. When you contact us for an estimate, your dedicated move-coordinator will be ready to answer any questions you have and make sure we can complete your move perfectly!
We do both! For local moves and moves within Texas, we charge an all-inclusive hourly rate that will include everything we need to move you safely! This is called a non-binding estimate – you only pay for the actual time we are working for you. We will have the trucks, man-power, tools, equipment, home and furniture protection needed to complete your move efficiently. You will love how quickly and carefully our team works to make sure you move within your budget! For Interstate moves, we charge a flat-rate based on the size of the move and the distance travelled. This is called a binding estimate. You will know the price of your move well before we get started with no surprises at the end.
Yes. For local moves and moves within Texas, we will typically take a one-hour deposit to hold your reservation on our calendar. For more complex moves that span several days we may take a higher deposit. For Interstate moves we require a minimum of $500 per truck assigned to the move. This deposit is a commitment from both parties and Evolution Moving will guarantee your services for that date. Your lead mover will collect the remaining balance upon completion of the move.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, and any major credit or debit card. For Interstate moves, we would require payment in the form of a card, certified check, or cashiers check. Please note that all final balances paid on a card will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.
The length of the move can depend on many things. The biggest factors will include the inventory to move, the stairs or elevators involved, long walks to and from the truck, and the distance of the move. Another big factor that plays a large role in the length of your move is how packed and prepared you are to move.
